Penn State drops to #3… from #1…

Iowa jumps from #12 to #9…

Wisconsin drops from #8 to #12…

Indiana drops one notch to #15…

Illinois reenters the list this year at #18

Michigan State makes a showing at #20.. Hope they fall off the list next year…
