The FAU game was indeed hampered by the rain.. Hell .. Hampered isn’t the half of it… It was coming down so hard, Nobody could hang on the to the ball to get a throw off… Talk about Slippery Balls...

It took me until today to dry out… We were at the tailgate by 7am, and by 7:30.. there wasn’t a dry spot under the Spartan Poncho..  So I can only imagine what it was like on the field. Damn it rained hard and all Day Long....

FAU’s strength was their passing game.. and Ol’Mother nature did her best to help the Spartans and dampen their attack…

But the Spartan “D” did its own to crush the run, and add their own pass pressure...

Ringer is the biggest.. Baddest Back in the Big Ten.. the Real Deal… a 282 yrd outing..

The Game is over… Spartans Won 17 – Zot…
