FAU INJURY UPDATE: from South Florida Sun-Sentinel News paper....
Council back: There was some good news Tuesday, as defensive end Jermaine Council was back at full-go, though playing with the second team.
Council was used sparingly Saturday after missing several practices prior to the game.
Defensive end Robert St. Claire, who is expected to miss the first four games of the season following knee surgery, was working out and has started running.
Center Nick Paris, who also was expected to miss the first four games with a foot injury, could be out longer, according to Schnellenberger.
Guard Kevin Miller moved into the center spot for the UAB game and is expected to remain there until Paris is able to return to the lineup.
Article From the Sun Sentinel :

Schnellenberger said he would simplify the defensive game plan for Saturday's game at Michigan State, hoping that the problem has been the defense has been "over coached."
