Against Iowa I saw the mighty Spartans take the field in the first Quarter, only to let the Dorothy’s Cowardly Lion take over in the second half….The team is better than that… Aren’t they? I still see a transformation in the team, but this is going to take longer than 1 or 2 years to accomplish, Coach Mark has his work cut out for him.
Don't get me wrong, I STILL Fully believe in the philosophy and ability of the Dr., BUT, If it walks like a Duck, and talks like a Duck.. But doesn’t swim like a Duck.. Is it a Spartan? They have made some changes in team dynamics and coaching, but, I saw the Ghosts of years past jump up and loose the game…
Spartans have won only 2 Big Ten games in the last 16 …. Still Havn’t won a game in Iowa City since 1989…

In the first half they were Studs, Monster pushing around Iowa. Why did the opt to not try for more points at the end of the half when they got the ball back, still had time outs available to go for 3 or 7 ? Instead they took a knee and let time expire…. This is competition guys… You Must not be Gentlemen, you have too win. Butter Fingeritiss infected the receivers at crucial times, Missing Tackles, not focusing on the assignments both sides of the ball.… Second Half … Who was the team that took the field ..??? …
